A restoration-led conversion of a lakeside palazzo into a small collection of apartments.
Over het project
Palazzo Brera retains the original façade, staircase and principal rooms, with new services and insulation introduced behind conserved surfaces. A limited number of apartments are arranged around the historic circulation, each with lake-facing living space.
